Hamelin Station was established at the beginning of the last century and is very much a working sheep and goat property. Guests are able to walk around the lake where animals, birds and stock abound, (and is a birdwatcher's paradise.)
Sunsets are spectacular and the starry night skies will leave you spellbound. In season, the wildflowers are a carpet of colour. Private campsites amongst the bush and a campfire experience are also available.
Hamelin Station Stay is on the doorstep to the Shark Bay World Heritage Region. Just 5 minutes from the Hamelin Pool stromatolites. It is an ideal spot to do a day trip to Denham and see the Monkey Mia dolphins, Steep point and Francois Peron National Park.
The Station stay is situated on World Heritage Drive (Shark Bay Road), 15 minutes from the Overlander Roadhouse, one hour from Denham and right next door to the Hamelin Pool stromatolites.
