Mullewa Polocrosse Weekend

The State polocrosse contingent will converge in Mullewa, with an expected 20 teams to play across the grades. The finals showcase the quality of polocrosse in the region, and it’s a fantastic opportunity to watch if you haven’t seen the game before, as they are commentated to help outline the rules to spectators. Zest Festival

The Zest Festival commemorates the historic event when the East Indian trading company ship, the Zuytdorp, was wrecked off the coast. The festival comprises of three components: still life exhibition, storytelling and spiced foods (reflecting the cargo the Zuytdorp was carrying when it was wrecked off the coast.) The weekend’s festivities include kids’ games and activities, market and food stalls, fireworks, bonfire and live entertainment.

Kickstarters Gascoyne Dash

The Kickstarters Gascoyne Dash is a hardcore desert racing event featuring a diverse range of off-road racing machines; bikes, quads, four wheel drives and buggies. Competitors are as diverse as the machines they race coming from across Western Australia, interstate and overseas. They race in purpose-built buggies and motorbikes in a two-day, 500-kilometre challenge across some of the harshest terrain in Western Australia.

HMAS Sydney II 72nd Anniversary Memorial Service
