  1.  Play astronaut for the day and take part in a Apollo Capsule simulation at the Carnarvon Space and Technology Museum

  2. Pack a picnic and head to Rocky Pool for a refreshing dip and explore the shallow pools for fossils.

  3. Head 70km north of Carnarvon and watch the natural spectacle of the Blowholes where the ocean is forced through sea caves before exploding out through holes in the rock, reaching up to 20 meters high!
     
  4. Grab your snorkeling gear and head to the white sandy beaches of Gnarloo, home to the third largest Loggerhead Turtle population in the world.

  5. Take a gentle stroll along the ocean front board walk of the Fascine.
  6. See Carnarvon from above and take a Scenic flight with Coral Coast helicopter.

  7. Take a step back in time at the Lighthouse Keeper's Cottage Museum and experience the life of the early pioneers that operated the Carnarvon Lighthouse.

  8. Embark on a 4WD adventure or go bush walking and explore gorges and sandstone cliffs.  at the Kennedy Range National Park, two hours east of Carnarvon. Then camp beneath one of the states most beautiful star-filled night skies.

  9. Spend Saturday morning strolling through the Gascoyne Growers Market where you can pick up all the tropical fruits, vegetables and spices the region has on offer.

  10. Fill your stomach and your mind on a Heritage and Foodie walking tour, where local chefs prepare some of the regions finest local produce and seafood in Carnarvon's most historic buildings
