Wool Wagon Pathway

Passing through some of the great pastoral stations of the region, this self drive trail follows the route of the old wool wagons. Along the way, travellers pass through solid reminders of his heritage such as the Wooleen Homestead, stock route Well 19 and Errabiddy Outcamp. This pathway has a very distinctive Western Australian flavour to it with some of the oldest granite outcrops in the world and spectacular wildflower displays in spring.


1,160km starting at either Geraldton or Yalgoo to Pindar and then north to Exmouth via the and then north to Exmouth via the Murchison Settlement, Gascoyne Junction and Kennedy Range National Park. Allow a minimum of 4 days travel time.
