As fires crackle and the scent of slow-cooked beef drifts across the station, guests are welcomed into an evening shaped by generosity, storytelling and connection. Beginning with sunset snacks on the lawn, the experience unfolds beneath the open sky before guests move into the historic woolshed for a shared beef feast celebrating the rich pastoral heritage of the Gascoyne.
Native ingredients, open flames and the raw beauty of the outback combine in a dining experience that feels grounded, soulful and uniquely Australian. Thoughtfully paired wines from Dream Bird Wines, live music and a late-night DJ set bring warmth and energy to the evening, creating a celebration that lingers long after the fire fades.
