Francois Peron National Park is an ideal destination for bush camping, four-wheel driving, bushwalking and beach fishing, along with swimming and boating within the Shark Bay Marine Park.
Campers need to be self-sufficient at Gregories as facilities are basic with only toilets and gas barbecues provided.
There is no drinking water so ensure you bring enough for your stay.
Fishing is popular and whiting, bream and snapper can all be caught in the area.
This camping area is accessible only by high-clearance four-wheel drives. Tyre pressures must be reduced for the soft sand conditions. Caravans are not recommended due to the narrow and soft sand tracks.
Bookings do not apply at this campground. It operates on a first come - first served basis.
Park entry fees apply.
