Shore Leave is a multi-day event celebrating the culture, food and adventure that makes the Midwest region unique. In addition to paying homage to the area's rich maritime heritage, the name Shore Leave also connotes vacation, leisure, and adventure.
The festival offers the Abrolhos Long Table Lunch, one of the most distinctive dining experiences in Western Australia. Come along for a delicious seafood lunch and a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience on the islands of Abrolhos.
Other major attractions include the Geraldton foreshore festival hub The Helm, The Beach Price Markets at the Geraldton Fishermans Wharf and guided tours north to Kalbarri and inland to the Chapman Valley - providing unique opportunities to meet and tour with primary producers, small breweries and artisans across the region.
