Bullara Station Stay is perfectly located between Coral Bay and Exmouth in the Coral Coast region of WA.
We offer a range of accommodation, from two fully self-contained cottages, stylishly renovated Shearers Lodge, air-conditioned ensuite king single rooms at the Outcamp, as well as a fabulous campground in a spacious bush setting, suitable for caravan and camping.
And, yes we are 2 wheel drive accessible!

We love our coffee and are excited about the recent addition of barista made coffees made with WA roasted beans, served up daily (8.30am to 12.00pm), with fresh warm scones at the homestead.
We thank our guests for supporting us on this journey, without you this would not be evolving! We feel very privileged to be located on the doorstep to one of the best stretches of beach in the world, sharing a slice of life on a working Aussie cattle property. We hope we can show our guest about positive and sustainable farming for the future.
Edwina and Tim welcome you to experience their unique accommodation and campground. Discover the wonders of the raw Australian outback one day and the next day dip your toes in the soothing aqua marine of the Coral Coast. The main attractions of the Cape Range National Park and the Ningaloo area are an easy drive from the property. You can spend the morning snorkelling in Coral Bay, head home for a fresh shower and then laze in a hammock before unwinding around the fire pit in the evening.
During a good winter season we can experience spectacular carpets of wildflowers, the flora and fauna transforms into an oasis from this mostly stark but still beautiful countryside. If you are a keen bird watcher there is a huge variety of bird life to be appreciated. There's an abundance of local wildlife including the pet lamb’s, kangaroos and cows to keep the kids amused!
HAPPY HOUR 5.00PM DAILY - come along with a chair and a coldie to catch up with other travellers and staff.
DAMPER - complimentary damper tasting is served at the Camp Kitchen at 5pm - Monday/Wednesday/Saturday
DINNER NIGHTS - . We offer Dinner Nights at The Table, Burger Nights which are all held in our newly renovated Woolshed, these nights will be advertised on our socials so you can book prior to arriving.
BARISTA COFFEE & SCONES - a must do experience while you are staying with us! Pop up to the Woolshed Cafe and enjoy a coffee/tea/chai or hot chocolate in the gardens and relax in the shade or lie on the grass. Scones and lots of other yummy homemade goodies are also available from 8.00am to 1.00pm daily. Barista drinks only from 7am to 8am.
Facilities
The latest addition to our accommodation is the delightful and exclusive Safari Huts. The Kingfisher and Bowerbird are perched on a spacious jarrah deck overlooking the stunning vista of gumtrees and surrounding native grove. The Safari Huts boasts a beautiful four poster queen bed with a cute and cosy little double bed nook which will allow you to feel that you are camping inside the main accommodation space. An extra single foldout can be added.
All self-contained with a lounge area, ensuite and a lovely deck to stargaze while cooking on the BBQ. The kitchen is set up with basic equipment to self-cater, includes dining table, small fridge/freezer and all utensils provided.
This accommodation will suit a romantic getaway or those wanting total privacy and absolute comfort in the unique Australia outback. Kick off your shoes and prepare yourself for complete relaxation in this stylish new addition to Bullara station stay.

The shearers lodge was where it all began! Refurbished with cool concrete floors and new tin walls the style is rustic charm with a fabulous contemporary flair. Everyone is charmed by the uniqueness of this accommodation. The rooms are spacious with bar fridge, very comfortable beds, and plenty of hooks to hang your clothes.
Each of the six rooms are side by side with a common veranda adorned with chairs and a hammock. The lodge is perfect for couples, a group of friends or family… book the whole place out (sleeps up to 16) and use it as an affordable base for your next holiday.
Shared bathrooms in the lodge are never a problem as there are plenty to accommodate everyone! The open air showers are a talking point for all our guests.
There is also a communal dining room and self-contained kitchen with all amenities needed to prepare a fabulous feast.. This facility is exclusive to the guests in the lodge. Tropical gardens with a green lawn, BBQ area and fire pit, makes this space a relaxing oasis. There is not TV here, time is best spent around the campfire with loved ones.
Accommodation in the lodge consist of 3 x queen rooms with queen bed and single bed (which allows for the rooms to become a Triple). 1 x Queen + Single Bunks, 1 x king-single room and 1 x king-single and single bed. Sleeps a MAX of 16 people, all linen/towels and handmade soaps provided.

Hale Hut is a delightful 3 bedroom cottage nested in the privacy of the Australian bush! Raised on stilts with a sweeping deck, it is the perfect spot to relax with a wine and your binoculars for some bird spotting!
Hale Hut consists of 2 x queen room and a sleep out with a queen bed, sleeps up to 6 people. Fully appointed kitchen – full size fridge/freezer, gas stove and oven, Microwave, lounge with TV and DVD player. Air-conditioned with ceiling fans. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet and laundry.
The Hut also has a large spacious veranda with BBQ, tables and chairs and Hammock so you can relax and listen to the birdlife over a morning coffee! There is also a private fire pit which always complements a night under the stars! The Hut suits all guests, especially those seeking privacy from the main hub of the campground.

Three bedroom private and very spacious cottage with timber verandas and a lovely outlook over the home paddock. The Kapock Cottage sleeps up to 6 guests – 2 x queen rooms and 1 room with 2 king singles. Separate lounge with TV, DVD player and a good supply of books!
The cottage includes a fully equiped kitchen with lots of storage, dining table and full fridge/freezer. Gas stove top and oven. Microwave, Ceiling fans and central air conditioner. Separate toilet and bathroom with shower. Washing machine, BBQ, fire pit and hammocks – this is a perfect home away from home for family and friends.

The Bell tent is a great option for those who love the idea of camping without having to do the setup and compromise on style & comfort!
Raised on a permanent timber deck these canvas tents are roomy and fitted out with a proper Queen bed, a Single pull-out bed can be added in if required at extra cost. We have also included Bar Fridge and Pedestal Fan. 24 hr power is a bonus allowing for charging phones and boiling a kettle.
Conveniently located opposite the popular outdoor showers with access to a communal camp kitchen and campfire, the bell tents make for beautiful accommodation well located in the centre of the main campground.

Our delightful Campground provides guests with spacious sites with the option for power/non- power sites (no generator use). The campground is located on river base with gumtrees dotted about, new trees are planted to create our little oasis in the bush!
Animals such as Kangaroos, Goannas and Emus roam close to the campground, as well as the sheep, cows and horses. If you are a bird lover, you will not be disappointed, this is the perfect place to find all your feathered friends.
Big rigs are welcome.
All powered sites have their own water points, all other sites have access to water via central points. All water supplied is from a bore, this water is pumped from 20km away. (the bore water is fine for cooking and domestic use, but has not been treated for drinking).
PLEASE BRING DRINKING WATER WITH YOU. There are water points in Exmouth for travellers to top up.
We are pet friendly (pets to be kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after), we ask pets are not left unleashed anywhere on the property, we are a working cattle station.
Savour the peace and quiet or socialise with fellow campers around the communal fire pit. There are designated fire pits located around the camping grounds. If you would like to have a fire at your own camp site, it must be contained in your own off-the-ground fire pit. Ash can be deposited in communal fire pits. (Please do not burn rubbish in your fires, we use the ash for our vegetable gardens).
Quirky Camp Kitchen includes: Fridge/freezer, Gas stove/oven, Gas BBQ, Tables and chairs, Hot running water in sinks and fire pit area.
FIRES - you can have fires is designated areas around the camp grounds, BRING YOUR OWN FIRE WOOD.
Fabulous bathroom facilities, laundry and bush walking tracks to explore. There is a couple of novel outdoor bathrooms for those who wish to star gaze as they wash under the privacy of an enclosed tank stand or in our Lava-trees. The ablution facilities are shared with the other guests but you will find them clean and spacious.
You will find that our rates are very reasonable compared to other caravan parks in the area so bunk down and spend the week with us! Weekly rates apply - Stay 7 Pay 6.
FULL 24hr POWER (generator) - please note electric hot water systems cannot be used during peak season (gas is fine), we supply plenty of hot water from our wood fired heaters (donkey) in all showers...

1. Cancellation of booking less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit your deposit.
2. No-shows and cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) prior to check-in will be subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee.
3. If guests are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation after arrival and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded (if any) is at the discretion of the management.
