A self-guided journey through flavour, local produce, and unforgettable hospitality.

Part of the 2025 Gascoyne Food Festival, this limited-time trail invites you to dine at much-loved local venues, hidden gems, and outback icons - each serving up a signature dish crafted specially for the trail. Whether it's ocean-fresh seafood, rich bush flavours, or a creative twist on a classic, every stop tells a story of the region’s incredible food bowl.

Order the signature dish at participating venues, scan the QR code at each stop, and vote for your favourite. The most-voted dish will be crowned the Taste of the Gascoyne Signature Dish for 2025, and you’ll go in the draw to win tasty prizes just for voting!
