A self-guided journey through flavour, local produce, and unforgettable hospitality.
Part of the 2026 Gascoyne Food Festival, this limited-time trail invites you to dine at much-loved local venues, hidden gems, and outback icons - each serving up a signature dish crafted specially for the trail. Whether it's ocean-fresh seafood, rich bush flavours, or a creative twist on a classic, every stop tells a story of the region’s incredible food bowl.

Order the signature dish at participating venues, scan the QR code at each stop, and vote for your favourite. The most-voted dish will be crowned the Taste of the Gascoyne Signature Dish for 2026, and you’ll go in the draw to win tasty prizes just for voting!
So pack your appetite, hit the road, and experience the flavours of the Gascoyne - one plate at a time.
