Australia’s Coral Coast

Francois Peron National Park is an ideal destination for bush camping, four-wheel driving, bush walking and beach fishing, along with swimming and boating within the Shark Bay Marine Park.

Bottle Bay is a medium-size campground with access to the beach for swimming and launching kayaks, canoes, SUPs and small boats (over very soft sand) at the adjacent day-use area.

Campsites must be booked before you go for stays from 1 April 2026.

Campers need to be self-reliant at Bottle Bay Campground as this bush camp area has only basic facilities including toilets and gas barbecues. Accessible by high clearance four-wheel drive vehicles only. Caravans are not recommended. Camping fees apply.
