The complex features 33 modern and comfortable individual rooms. There are 21 fully self-contained Two Bedroom and One Bedroom apartments, that are spacious and cater for long and short stays. Along with an additional nine Studio rooms and three Accessible Studios, which have limited kitchen facilities but are very comfortable for a short stay.

All apartments have reverse cycle air conditioning with flat screen television, Foxtel, and Wi-Fi access. Complimentary parking is provided within the grounds.
