Australia’s Coral Coast

Located in Cape Range National Park, Mesa Campground has access to a wide, sandy beach and Ningaloo Marine Park for swimming, snorkelling, recreational fishing, and launching canoes and kayaks.

It is possible to launch small boats from the beach but drivers are cautioned that there is a risk of vehicles becoming stranded in the soft sand.

Mesa is a medium size campground adjacent to a recreation zone of Ningaloo Marine Park with access for launching small boats and kayaks from the beach and is 4WD only.

There are twenty-three reverse-in compacted gravel campsites, which are unpowered. There are no-flush pit toilets and picnic tables and benches.

No campfires at any time. Bookings are essential.

Dogs are not permitted.

Generator use is permitted at all campsites between 8am-9pm only.

Mesa is a medium size campground adjacent to a recreation zone of Ningaloo Marine Park with access for launching small boats and kayaks from the beach (4WD only). Bookings are essential and can be made up to 180 days (approximately six months) before arrival and for one campsite only. The maximum stay in any park is 14 nights if any night is during Western Australia public school holidays, and 28 nights at any other time.  Twenty-three reverse-in compacted gravel campsites.
