The spacious 51 square metre One Bedroom Apartment comes with a separate lounge and dining area, a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. They are all single level and located on either the ground or upper floors with a shared courtyard off the living areas to the ground floor and balconies on the upper floor.
Two Bedroom Apartment
The spacious 70 square metre Two Bedroom Apartment comes with a master bedroom and King bed, with a second bedroom and a King Zip bed (can be converted into two singles), a separate lounge and dining room, a bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The apartments have balconies off the bedrooms and a single carport.
Three Bedroom Townhouse Apartment
The spacious 144 square metre Three Bedroom Townhouse Apartment is split over two levels. The ground floor features the master bedroom with a King bed, lounge room and en suite bathroom with shower, as well as laundry facilities. The top floor has a further two bedrooms with a King bed and a King Zip bed which can be converted into two singles. There is a lounge and dining area, a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The Townhouse has a ground-floor courtyard and balcony off the bedrooms as well as a double garage secured by metal tilt-a-door.
