Ningaloo Coral Bay - Bayview

The beachfront Bayview Villas are ideally located across the road from Bill's Bay beach, offering sweeping ocean views from either first-floor balcony or a ground-floor verandah. Perfect for families or couples looking for a hint of luxury for their Ningaloo Reef experience. Air-conditioned bedrooms and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area with floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a private furnished balcony or verandah with panoramic ocean view. The spacious interior is furnished with a dining table and chairs, along with a comfortable leather lounge suite and a large wall-mounted TV. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen including a large fridge, induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. The Two bedroom Villas offer a King bed and two sets of single bunk beds. Four of the Villas have an additional bedroom with two King single beds.

Garden Villas are self-contained, air-conditioned units with satellite television and a fully-equipped kitchen. With a Queen bed in one bedroom and a Single bed and a set of single bunks in the second bedroom, these villas comfortably sleep two adults and three children. Two of their Garden Villas have an optional third bedroom, consisting of one Single bed and a set of single bunks, to sleep a maximum of five adults and three children.

Park Villas are modern, self-contained, air-conditioned units with two bedrooms. These Villas have satellite television and a fully equipped kitchen, along with cold freshwater taps in both the kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for families or couples wanting a little extra room, Park Villas have a Queen bed in one bedroom, a Single bed and a set of single bunks in the second bedroom. Maximum occupancy is three adults and two children.

Ningaloo Villas are modern one-bedroom, self-contained, duplex-style units. Each Villa is air-conditioned with verandah, television, equipped kitchen and cold freshwater in both the bathroom and kitchen. These Villas are ideal for couples and honeymooners with a Queen bed in the bedroom. Additional guests can be accommodated in sofa bed on request.

The Bay Lodge is a two-storey building situated in an elevated position towards the back of their Park offering comfortable self-contained, open plan, air-conditioned rooms ideally designed for two adults. Balcony rooms are located on the first floor giving views across the park to Bill’s Bay and have a Queen bed and a Single bed accommodating a maximum of three guests. The ground floor rooms have a choice of a Queen and Single or three Single beds. Both options have a single trundle bed to accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child.

The White House is a renovated, air-conditioned two storey unit with four bedrooms on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with King beds, one with two Single beds and a fourth bedroom with two sets of single bunks. This unit offers a fully-equipped kitchen including gas stove/oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator and chest freezer. With satellite television, two toilets, two bathrooms, laundry and a balcony with views over the park to the ocean, the White House is perfect for a large family or two families sharing. Maximum occupancy is six adults and four children.

The Reef House is a self-contained, free-standing holiday house. Perfect for a large family, this unit offers three bedrooms with an open lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including a large refrigerator, an electric stove/oven and a microwave. The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed with an en suite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Single bed and the third bedroom has two sets of single bunks. The Reef House is air-conditioned with all linen provided, satellite television and a second shower and toilet. Maximum occupancy is six adults and three children.

Family Cabins are an open plan budget cabin with beds located at each end. Offering basic kitchen, including medium refrigerator, microwave, gas or electric stove/oven and small dining table, these cabins are air-conditioned with bed linen and bath towels provided. Guests have use of the Park ablution blocks for shower and toilet. Two cabins are available with a Double bed and two single bunks and two cabins with two triplex bunks. Sleeps a maximum of two adults and four children, or four adults, two children respectively.

These basic budget-style Cabins have a Double bed in the bedroom, with a Single bed and trundle bed in the kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric hotplate, a small microwave and a bar-sized refrigerator. Ideal for budget travellers and backpackers, these Cabins sleep a maximum of two adults and two children. Bed linen and bath towels are provided and guests have use of the Park ablution blocks for shower and toilet.

The One-bedroom Chalets are air-conditioned, duplex-style units with linen provided. Ideal for couples or small families on a budget, these air-conditioned chalets have one bedroom with a Double bed and en suite shower and toilet, along with a single and trundle bed in the kitchen/living area. Basic kitchen is equipped with a medium refrigerator, microwave and gas stove/oven. Please note there is no television in this unit.

Powered and Unpowered Sites are suitable for caravans, camper trailers, motorhomes and tents. Guests have access to one power point and use of ablution blocks and Bayview Park facilities. Ablution blocks and site taps run artesian bore water, suitable for showering, washing hands and dishes, however not suitable for drinking or van plumbing. Fresh drinking water is available at various locations around the Park. Bulk water for tanks is available through Reception. The first 20 litres are included in the site fee. They are happy to accept requests for site allocations; however, please be aware that these are not guaranteed. A limited number of sites are available for guests travelling with dogs; however must be pre-arranged and a Bond may be required at Management's discretion.
