One K Camp at Cape Range National Park

Located in Cape Range National Park, One K Camp is accessible only by four-wheel drive (4WD).

The beach provides access to the ocean and Ningaloo Marine Park for swimming, snorkelling and launching canoes, kayaks and small boats.

The nearby Ningaloo Marine Park also offers first-class diving and surfing, with other highlights including the chance to see whalesharks, marine turtles and humpback whales.

Cape Range National Park also offers walking trails and scenic lookouts.

One K Camp itself features seven campsites for tents, regular-size high-clearance 4WD campervans and high-clearance caravans or camper-trailers that can be towed on soft sand and are towed by 4WD vehicles.

Campers are advised that campfires are not permitted at any time and no fresh water is available.

Peak season is April (or from Good Friday in years when Easter falls in March) to October, and there can be long queues, particularly during public and school holidays.

November to March is cyclone season: check alerts for notification of parks closures.
