Stoke the fires — Smokin’ Barrel Fest is back, bigger, smokier, and ready for another massive weekend of food, fire, and flavour!
This FREE community event brings together the best of the bush — slow-cooked BBQ, live music, open spaces, and that unbeatable country spirit. Grab your mates, round up the family, and let the kids get down and dirty on the farm with plenty of animals to meet (including our famous mini goats 🐐).
Follow the smoke to the pits, where world-class pitmasters will be dishing up low’n’slow magic all weekend long. Don’t miss your chance to grab “Tips for Treats” tickets — taste the pitmasters’ creations and vote for the People’s Choice BBQ Champion. Every bite helps support Roll Up for Ruben, raising awareness of the life-changing impact of blood and bone marrow donation.
On Saturday, kick back for the AFL Grand Final on the big screen — a day of footy, food, and a whole lotta flavour.
Then on Sunday, the heat is on with the KCBS-sanctioned BBQ competition and the all-new Amateur Backyard BBQ Showdown, where local legends and seasoned pros go head-to-head for glory, smoke, and bragging rights.
And when the smoke settles, it’s time to let loose at our Competition Closing Party — where the competition faces leave and the party faces arrive! Join us under the Chapman Valley stars for a down-home End of Comp Hoedown, featuring Australia’s best pitmasters, live local music, and a dance floor that doesn’t quit.
