This peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is ideal for families or groups, with a capacity of up to 8 guests. It includes two queen beds, four single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and open-plan living. Outdoor amenities include a cozy veranda with a BBQ and fire pit. Linens are provided. The villa operates entirely on eco-friendly, alternative energy and does not have air conditioning. The Homestead complex is accessible by 2WD, but a 4WD vehicle is required to explore nearly all of the surrounding coastal areas.

This accommodation is ideal for up to 5 guests, featuring two bedrooms, a small living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer and all necessary utensils, crockery, and cutlery. Charlie's is located 2km from the beach and includes a small veranda for relaxing. Please note: This unit does not have an internal bathroom. Instead, you have a private bathroom reserved just for you, located within the shared ablution block only a few steps away. Linen and towels are supplied for a hassle-free stay. Consistent with Warroora's reliance on alternative energy sources, there is no air conditioning.
The Stockmen's Rooms offer 7 individual guest rooms for shared accommodation, an ideal and social base for friends or family. Each room is furnished with either 1 queen bed or 2 single beds, complete with all linen and towels provided. Guests share a spacious, fully-equipped communal kitchen and dining room. This central area includes a gas cooktop, fridges, a freezer, and a BBQ, with verandas and a fire pit perfect for relaxing evenings. Shared bathrooms (3 toilets and showers) are conveniently located at the back of the complex. Stockmen's is situated just 2km from the Ningaloo Reef and offers private beach access (4WD required). The entire complex can also be booked privately for groups of up to 14 people.
Located just 2km from the beach on Warroora Station, this nature-based campground offers a true outback experience one hour south of Coral Bay, providing excellent access to the magnificent Ningaloo Reef. The campground offers spacious, unpowered sites, each equipped with its own fire pit. Big rigs and pets are welcome. Guests benefit from a basic camp kitchen and a newly built ablutions block featuring modern shower and toilet facilities. Expect to share the space with local wildlife, including kangaroos and cattle. Please note that there is NO POWER supplied at the campground, though generators are permitted between 8 am and 6 pm. While the Homestead area is accessible by 2WD vehicles, a 4WD IS REQUIRED to access the beach and explore the coastline. Also, please bring your own drinking water; non-potable bore water is available for sale.
